Since 2023, autónomos contribute according to their real earnings. Enter your monthly rendimiento neto and calculate your Seguridad Social cuota.
The cuota de autónomos is what you pay each month to the Seguridad Social. Since 2023 it depends on your rendimiento neto: the higher the profit, the higher the cuota. The amount is calculated by applying the contribution rate (31,50 % in 2026) to the base you choose within your bracket.
Your rendimiento neto determines a bracket, and each bracket has a minimum and a maximum base. You choose a base within that range and your cuota is that base multiplied by 31,50 %. This is the official bracket table for 2026:
The calculator does not apply a tarifa plana to registrations in 2026. RDL 13/2022 fixed the reduced cuota of 80 € only for 2023–2025 and required each year's budget law to set the amount from 2026. Check the amount that applies to you in Importass before registering.
You can change your contribution base up to 6 times a year from Import@ss. The Seguridad Social regularises your cuotas the following year by comparing them with the real earnings on your tax return: if you paid too little, it claims the difference; if you paid too much, it refunds it.
Your income minus the deductible expenses of the activity. On that result an additional deduction for generic expenses is applied (7 % for individuals, 3 % for autónomos societarios) before your bracket is assigned.
Yes. Within your bracket you can contribute on the minimum base, which is the option with the lowest cuota. Contributing on a higher base increases the cuota, but also your future pension and benefits.
During the year you pay a provisional cuota based on your forecast. The following year the Seguridad Social regularises it according to your real earnings and adjusts the difference.
No. The rules published for 2026 set the ordinary tables but not a reduced-cuota amount for new registrations in 2026. Confirm your circumstances and the applicable amount in Importass or with the TGSS.
