How to sync tax deadlines with your calendar
Last updated: 2026-03-12
Radar Fiscal lets you sync all your tax deadlines with your regular calendar (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook) with a single click. Once subscribed, deadlines update automatically when official AEAT dates change.
How it works
- Go to the sync page
- Configure your tax situation (regime, VAT, employees, foreign assets)
- Click the button for your calendar (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook)
- Your calendar subscribes automatically and deadlines appear as events
Google Calendar
Clicking "Google Calendar" opens Google Calendar with a request to subscribe to the "Radar Fiscal" calendar. Accept and deadlines appear as all-day events with reminders.
Apple Calendar
Clicking "Apple Calendar" opens the Calendar app with a subscription dialog. Click "Subscribe" and you're done. Works on both macOS and iOS.
Outlook
Clicking "Outlook" opens Outlook.com where you can add the calendar. Events sync automatically with the desktop and mobile app.
Note about reminders: Outlook does not enable automatic reminders for subscribed calendars. If you want notifications before each deadline, set them manually on individual events or in your calendar settings. Google Calendar and Apple Calendar enable reminders automatically.
Changing your configuration
If your tax situation changes (for example, switching from estimación directa to módulos):
- Go to the sync page
- Adjust filters to your new situation
- Subscribe to the new URL
- Remove the old subscription (look for "Radar Fiscal" in your calendar list)
Canceling the subscription
- Google Calendar: Settings (gear) > click "Radar Fiscal" in sidebar > "Unsubscribe"
- Apple Calendar: Right-click "Radar Fiscal" in sidebar > "Unsubscribe"
- Outlook: Right-click "Radar Fiscal" > "Delete"
